Postage All our other products we ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Express Post with a flat rate of $12 per delivery (up to 500g). (Each of our Gertie and Rose tea cosies, by Ann, weighs about 30g and each Ajama card weighs about 25g.) Please contact us if you would like to have products sent which weigh more than 500g. We will aim to send your order the next business day after receiving full payment. If you provide your email address on checkout, we can provide an email with tracking details when the package is posted.
Packaging If your package arrives wrapped in bubble wrap, it will either be re-used bubble wrap from packages we have received or 100% biodegradable bubble wrap. Tissue paper used in our deliveries is from 100% recycled material. We are using padded bags with 100% recycled filling.
Returns We will of course accept returns if the product is damaged. Please return it to us at this address for a refund: PO Box 160 Concord West NSW 2138. Otherwise, we are a small organisation and we can't offer returns or exchanges if you change you mind, so please choose carefully. Thank you.
