Our projects with, ToGatherings...

As we've said at Who we support, with Felicity, a wonderful friend, we have set up a Facebook page, ToGatherings, through which we will post about opportunities to support the refuges we are in contact with.

Our first project is for the Marnja Jarndu refuge in Broome.  They would like a display unit like the one in the picture opposite for their information days to be able present information to people who may need their services.  The cost for the display unit, including delivery to the refuge, is $716.31 which we are hoping to fund through donations.
The refuge has said about having the display unit that:   It would be an asset that would last for many years to come and it will give us more of a presence at community events where we could give out our brochures and safety tips to the women of Broome.

We will let people know when we have raised enough funds and when the display unit has reached the refuge.

Now that we're starting again to raise more money, our Facebook group has been renamed, 'ToGatherings with Gertie and Ruth' so that everything we do is shared in one group.
